Wholesale Regulations

  1. Wholesale Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "WR") supplement and specify the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop, which remains an integral part of the RSH and applies in full to wholesale contracts.
  2. The inclusion of the Client's own conditions is herewith objected to, unless other terms have been stipulated.
  3. The subject of WR is the Seller's offer placed on separate websites of his Online Shop at the following Internet address: stanienda-collection.com and intended exclusively for wholesale customers. The Seller's wholesale offer includes goods, wholesale prices, discount rates and wholesale rules.
  4. The condition of using the wholesale offer of the Online Shop is registration. In order to do so, the Client should go to the wholesale website of the Online Shop and fill in the registration form in which he provides the following data: company name, company address, VAT number, name and surname of the contact person, e-mail address and telephone number.
  5. Within 48 hours after receiving the registration, the Seller shall make available the wholesale website of the Online Shop to the Client or deny the access to it. The Seller shall inform the Client about his decision by e-mail, in which, if he accepts the registration, he shall provide the Client with all codes and passwords needed to access the wholesale website of the Internet Shop.
  6. The Seller may deprive the Client of the right to use the wholesale offer of the Online Shop with immediate effect if the Client during the registration process has provided false, inaccurate or outdated data to mislead the Seller or to infringe the rights of third parties. A Client who has been deprived of the right to use the Online Shop cannot re-register without the prior consent of the Seller.
  7. The Client may place orders on the wholesale website of the Online Shop in the manner and according to the rules precisely defined in the General Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop.
  8. The Seller shall execute Client's orders in the manner and according to the rules precisely defined in the General Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop, whereby:
    • Processing of orders and contacts between the Seller and the Client shall be carried out via e-mail and automated order processing.
    • The Seller shall confirm the Client's order by e-mail within 2 (two) business days from the date of its receipt. The order confirmation contains a VAT invoice with a list of ordered products and additional costs related to the order execution.
    • The Client shall pay for the ordered goods at the time of placing the order in the Online Shop, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Client. Standard payment options are transfer (prepayment) to the Seller's bank account or PayPal account.
    • The Seller shall send the goods ordered by the Client after the latter has paid in full.
    • If the Seller is unable to fulfil the order, he must immediately inform the Client and refund within 48 hours the entire amount paid by the Client for the purchase and delivery of the goods.
    • The Client may at his discretion agree to or reject partial delivery. Also in this case, the Seller shall return to the Client within 2 (two) working days the difference between the value of the order and the value of the goods actually delivered.
    • The delivery date of the goods purchased by the Client is from 2 to 7 working days after receipt of full payment. Special orders from wholesalers are delivered between 7 and 14 days or as agreed.
    • All goods purchased in the Online Shop are delivered by courier companies to the address indicated by the Client in the order.
    • The Seller shall bear only the cost of shipment within the country where the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Client.
  9. The Client has the right to withdraw from the sales contract in accordance with the general provisions of the Cancellation Right, which constitute an integral part of WR, whereby:
    • The Client may withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of order confirmation by the Seller.     • Upon withdrawal from the sales contract, the Client shall at his own expense return the goods to the Seller within fourteen (14) days.
    • The Client shall be financially liable for any damage to or loss of value of the goods under his care.
  10. The Seller grants for the purchased goods the mandatory guarantee of 12 months and a manufacturer’s warranty for the period of 24 months (2 years), in accordance with the provisions of the Cancellation Right and the provisions of the Manufacturer's Warranty, which constitute an integral part of WR; whereby:
    • If the goods delivered by the Seller show obvious material or manufacturing defects, the Client shall immediately notify the Seller of a complaint describing such defects in an e-mail sent to the address: Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem. The Seller is obliged at its own discretion to replace the defective goods within 7 working days at its own expense or to reimburse the Client for their equivalent.
    • The manufacturer's warranty shall not affect any statutory warranty or guarantee claims to which the Client is entitled.
    • The manufacturer's warranty applies only to privately used goods and is limited to the country in which they were purchased.
    • The manufacturer's warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period.
    • During the warranty period, the Seller's warranty service shall include, at the Seller's discretion, replacement of the goods with an equivalent product or refund of the current value of the goods.

    • The Seller shall examine any Client complaint within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt and decide whether the warranty service is reasonable. The Seller shall inform the Client of its decision by e-mail.
