Manufacturer's warranty
- For a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase, the Seller grants the Client a manufacturer's warranty on all justified complaints.
- The manufacturer's warranty does not affect legal warranty and guarantee claims of the Client. These rights are not limited by the manufacturer's warranty provided by the Seller.
- The manufacturer's warranty is valid only for goods used privately and is limited to the country where the goods have been purchased.
- The manufacturer's warranty applies to all material or manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period.
- The manufacturer's warranty does not apply for:
- improper handling of the goods
- mechanical damage from outside
- wear and normal use
- improper storage, e.g. in damp rooms
- Damage caused by force majeure like water or fire.
- The manufacturer's guarantee does not cover any further liability, in particular no liability for damage which has not occurred directly to the goods or which has arisen due to the failure of the goods until repair. However, this does not limit or exclude the Seller's statutory liability, in particular under the Product Liability Act.
- During the warranty period, the Seller's warranty service includes, at Seller’s discretion, the exchange of the goods for an equivalent product or the refund of the current value of the goods.
- Complaints arising from the manufacturer's warranty or from the Product Liability Act must be sent to the seller's e-mail address: Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem. For this purpose the Client can use the damage report form or send an e-mail with the following information to the Seller:
- Complaint date:
- Name of the buyer:
- Buyer's address:
- Invoice number:
- Goods ordered on:
- Goods received on:
- Reason for the complaint:
- The Seller is obliged to examine every Client’s complaint within 14 (fourteen) days after its receipt and decide whether the warranty services should be provided. The Seller informs the Client of his decision by e-mail.
- Warranty services provided by the Seller do not extend the manufacturer's warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
- The manufacturer's warranty of the Seller expires if the Client has resold the goods.
