Stanienda Collection
  1. Cancellation right
    • The Client can cancel their contractual declaration within fourteen (14) days after receipt of this instruction in text form without giving any reasons.     • The cancellation period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the Client.
    • Timely dispatch of the cancellation in written form or of the purchased product is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period.
    • The Client may exercise the right of cancellation before physically receiving the goods.
    • The cancellation right does not apply to deliveries of goods made to the Client specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
  2. Consequences of cancellation
    • The cancellation of the sales contract terminates all obligations between the Client and Seller resulting from the sales contract.
    • After the cancellation of the sales contract by the Client, the Seller is obliged to repay all payments received from the Client at the latest within fourteen (14) days.
    • The same means of payment and bank details used by the Client for the original transaction shall be used for the repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the Client; in no case shall fees be charged to the Client for the repayment.
    • The Client shall return or hand over the goods to the Seller without delay and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the date of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if the goods have been dispatched before the deadline has expired.
    • The Client shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if they corresponded to the order and were undamaged.
    • The Client is liable for any damage or loss in value of the goods as they were in his care. This also applies to the delivery of the returned goods.
    • If possible the Client should return the products to the Seller in the original packaging with all accessories and product documents as well as all packaging components. If the Client no longer has the original packaging, they should provide sufficient protection against damage in transit with suitable packaging to avoid claims for damages due to defective packaging.
    • The Client shall send the returned product back to the Seller as a stamped package and keep the receipt of posting.

  1. Warranty
    • Should delivered products show obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damages, the Client is obliged to complain about such defects immediately to the seller in an e-mail sent to Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem. In such a situation, the Seller shall at its own discretion be obliged to replace the defective goods within 3 (three) working days at its own expense or to reimburse the Client for the equivalent of the defective goods.
    • Failure to make the above complaint shall not, however, have any consequences for statutory Client claims for all defects in the purchased goods occurring during the statutory warranty period. Furthermore, at the Client's discretion, the statutory claims for subsequent performance, rectification of defects/new delivery and - if the legal requirements are met - further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as claims for damages, including compensation for damage instead of performance and reimbursement of the Client's futile expenses, shall apply.
